At Kingdom Builder Group, our journey in affordable housing is a family legacy, spearheaded by Co-Founder Patrick Smythe and passionately carried forward by his sons, Co-Founders Kyle and Robert Smythe. Patrick's pioneering work in affordable housing began in the mid-90s in Chicago, where he introduced modular construction to Cook County with developments like Pepper Path Homes. His vision led to the creation of Ark Building Systems, a facility manufacturing essential building components and providing turnkey solutions for affordable homes.

Together, the Kingdom Builder Group team combines decades of experience, a shared passion for innovation in affordable housing, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of veterans and underserved communities. Our collective expertise in modular housing is now focused on bringing BOXABL revolutionary solutions to Arizona, marking a new chapter in our mission to provide quality, affordable homes.

    Patrick is a veteran who has had a passion for affordable housing since the 90’s where he helped provide section 8 housing to Chicago’s west side neighborhoods. Fast forward 30 years, Patrick is excited to bring his expertise in modular housing to Arizona.

    CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER

    Kyle grew up watching his dad on job sites and construction projects, which helped him build his curiosity and interest in real estate. Kyle has spent his career in sales and leadership development. He is passionate about building and guiding customers through their BOXABL journey.

  • Robert Smythe

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Robert followed in his father’s footsteps and started his own construction company. With over a decade expertise in heavy and civil construction management, material testing and building inspections. Robert is eager to pioneer BOXABL’s efficiency and affordability in Arizona.

  • Devin Brack

    FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Devin served in the US Navy for five years, honing his technical and teamwork skills. Post-service, Devin transitioned to the construction industry and became a project engineer who excels in overseeing projects from start to finish. Devin is passionate to providing housing to veterans and those in need of affordable housing.
